1. Services

McGlothin Enterprises LLC provides business automation services including, but not limited to:

• AI receptionist systems
• SMS and email automation
• CRM setup and management
• Lead capture and follow-up systems
• Website and integration services

All services are provided on a subscription or project basis.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Respond to onboarding requests in a timely manner
• Maintain access to required accounts (phone, email, domain, etc.)
• Use systems in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

3. Payments

• Monthly services are billed on a recurring basis
• Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Failure to make payment may result in suspension of services

4. No Guarantees

While our systems are designed to improve efficiency, lead capture, and communication:

• We do not guarantee specific business results
• Performance depends on usage, market conditions, and client operations

5. Platform & System Usage

Our services may utilize third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Twilio, payment processors).

• Availability depends on these platforms
• Features may change based on provider updates
• We are not responsible for third-party outages or limitations

6. Communication Consent

By using our services or submitting your information, you consent to receive:

• SMS messages
• Phone calls
• Emails

These communications are related to:

• Service updates
• Account notifications
• Support and onboarding

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

7. Limitation of Liability

McGlothin Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• System misuse or improper implementation by the client

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Cancellation

• Services may be canceled at any time unless otherwise agreed
• Upon cancellation, access to systems and services may be revoked
• Data export or transition assistance may require additional fees

9. Intellectual Property

All systems, workflows, automations, and configurations developed remain the intellectual property of McGlothin Enterprises LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use delivered systems during active service.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updates.
